We are a compassionate and collaborative team based at Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre, Somerset. We are currently sourcing for part-time Triage Assistant Practitioner to join us for 22.5 hours per week.

Who are we looking for?
If you hold a level 4 or above in health and social care and have experience within an acute healthcare environment we would love to hear from you. Experience in patient case management is essential. A passion for improving the treatment of your patients is a must.
