We offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus other benefits including 25 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holiday days, as well as access to bank hours, CPD and re-validation.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a registered RNLD to join our healthcare team working at HMP Wealstun. This is a new role we are driving within our service to meet the needs of our patients with learning disability across the sites.

We are looking for a professional, responsible nurse who has experience in assessing patients, supporting diagnosis for new patients and helping developing the pathway for patients within our care. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strive to deliver an excellent level of care.

This role is not suitable for student or newly qualified RNLD nurses.

What we need from you?

You will be a qualified Registered Learning Disability Nurse with a real passion for developing your clinical skills in an environment that is ever changing. You’ll have a flexible approach working within a team that encourage new ideas and opinions on how to improve the service.

If you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing plenty of initiative when it comes to handling a wide range of situations, then this could be the right role for you!

Salary and Benefits

The salary range is up to £30,000 per annum - dependent on experience.

Further Information

This is a full time vacancy, working 37.5 hour per week.
