Have you ever thought that working within a prison could be the next step and new role that you're looking for but your just not sure if it would be the right role for you?

Then come along to our Healthcare Open Day at HMP Pentonville and find out more!

We are welcoming Registered Adult and Mental Health Nurses, Substance Misuse Nurses (RGN or RMN - with Substance Misuse experience), Paramedics as well as other healthcare professionals (Pharmacy Technicians) to come and meet the healthcare teams from HMP Pentonville

On the day...

Date: 15th January 2020

Morning Session will begin at 9.00am to 12.30pm
Afternoon Session will begin at 1pm to 4pm

Please note, we do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to pass through the gate and receive your visitors badge for the day.

Location: HMP Pentonville, Caledonian Rd, London N7 8TT

The day will run from 09:30 through to 16:00 with the opportunity to meet the team, learn more about the roles, have a tour of the site and optional interview on the day

This day will give anyone who may be interested in a career within Health in Justice the opportunity to speak with staff and management who work in the secure environment, an insight to mental health, primary care and substance misuse within the prison, Q&A sessions with our Healthcare management, and finally a visit around the establishment to get a feel for what prison healthcare is really like.

During the day you will be speaking with staff about the wealth of benefits that Care UK offers including possibility of full-time, part-time, bank roles, salary and benefits and training opportunities.

Note: You will be unable to attend the event unless you have confirmed your attendance no later than Friday 10th January 2020 so we can organise your secuirty gate pass.

Please be aware that there are prohibited items within the prison environment such as mobile phones, memory sticks, recording devices, chewing gum. This is not an exhaustive list, if you are unsure please check with gate staff before entering.

Lockers may be available on the day, but please ensure that these items are not brought with you onto the prison site. Please contact me if you wish to be sent the full list.
