We are a compassionate and collaborative clinical team at Southampton NHS Treatment Centre. We are currently sourcing for a Deputy Ward Manager to provide key leadership Day Surgery and Inpatient Ward and support to the Ward Manager.

Reporting to the Ward Manager, you will be expected to provide support in management duties and excellent team leadership to both clinical and ancillary staff.A little bit about you...
We are looking for a Registered General Nurse with some team leadership experience. You must be able to handle multi-faceted problems in a busy and fast moving environment.
