HMP Isle of Wight is a custodial setting with an always improving healthcare department and an onsite inpatient unit. Ensuring our patients have 24 hour healthcare access.

What do we have to offer?
You’ll receive an annual salary of up to £37,000 FTE - dependent on experience; free uniform, free mandatory training, indemnity cover, CPD and re-validation support.

A bit about the role..
As a Primary Care Team Leader you will work as part of an integrated healthcare team, utilising your clinical expertise, decision making and problem solving skills to provide skilled and evidence based nursing care for patients in the prison. You will work within your scope of practice, in accordance with Care UK and prison service policies and procedures in line with the NMC Code of professional conduct, performance and ethics for nurses and midwives.
