We are hiring for a Clinical Lead vacancy at the St Mary’s Urgent Treatment Centre in Portsmouth.Care UK are proud to be England’s largest independent provider of NHS services, delivering more than 70 different healthcare services throughout the UK. The Urgent Treatment Centre in Portsmouth provides a fast, convenient service for those with a minor injury or illness 7 days a week, between 07.30am and 10pm.You will be either an HCPC or NMC registered Practitioner and will join us on a full time basis. Working 37.5 hours a week you will lead a multidisciplinary team of nurse and paramedic practitioners, GP’s, Triage Practitioners and support workers. You will have responsibility for the delivery of clinical patient services to achieve defined targets within the centre as well as divisional and national targets. You must have experience to a senior level in an acute or primary care setting and will be able to evidence excellent leadership skills.In return for your hard work we can offer a competitive salary of up to £52,000 per annum dependent on experience, a contributory pension scheme as well as other benefits including Cycle to Work Scheme and retail discounts. While the service runs seven days a week, this is predominantly a Monday – Friday role meaning you can enjoy the challenges of working in a demanding environment while still maintaining work life balance.
