An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Multi-discipline medical team. You will be a highly valued member of our team bringing your wide ranging surgical expertise and skills.  If you are able to demonstrate commitment to excellent teamwork with clinical colleagues and have a willingness to utilise and develop clinical care pathways in the overall management of patients, we would like to hear from you.

 About the role
As part of our professional, friendly and compassionate team you will do everything you can to ensure the patient’s treatment is of the highest standard whether NHS or privately funded. Reporting to our Hospital Medical Director, Jac Ciampolini, you will be provide a full range of surgical diagnosis, treatment and care to inpatients, day patients and outpatients who require general surgery.
You will have full and specialist GMC registration as well as experience of working in general surgery, specifically laparoscopic procedures (hernia repair and cholecystectomy. It is expected that you will hold further special interests in either upper or lower general surgical practice and will undertake some work in our endoscopy unit.
We are committed to supporting our staff in their growth and learning.  In this role you will participate in the audit, research and management of the services and may be allocated responsibility for the clinical supervision of junior medical and clinical staff. As UK registered medical professional, we will also support you with your ongoing CPD and medical career development.
