Consultant Ophthalmologist Vacancy at St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre

The post holder will develop and support the Ophthalmology Lead Consultant in developing St Mary's Treatment Centre as a centre of excellence in Ophthalmology. The post holder will be required to perform a range of ophthalmology procedures on patients referred to the treatment centre and provide supervision of the provision of adult community ophthalmology services delivered by allied healthcare professionals, working in accordance with Care UK treatment protocols and working practices. The post will include clinical session at St Marys NHS Treatment Centre and community health care facilities.
Full time post holders will be required to work 40 hours per week but we are open to discussing alternative arrangements.
