We are hiring for an Administrator vacancy at our Southampton NHS Treatment Centre.

You’ll be joining the "Body Hub" at the Treatment Centre, the hub liaise with patients due to visit for General Surgery, Gynaecology and Endoscopy amongst other specialties . The Administration Team Lead is looking for a an experienced administrator with some experience within a a Healthcare environment to continue the success of the department. The vacancy will be based within a small office with six immediate colleagues. The team take patient referrals from GP surgeries and guide them through the process up until they leave us post surgery.

Due to the non-urgent nature of our procedures you’ll be able to enjoy Christmas, Easter and other Bank Holidays with those most important to you on top of your 25 days annual leave.
The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours per week consisting of 7.5 hour days Monday – Friday (occasional need for Saturdays). Shifts can be flexible and are scheduled with either an 8am, 9am, 10am or 11am start depending on the rota.
