Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for an Endoscopy Nurse or ODP to join our fantastic team at Southampton NHS Treatment Centre based in the Royal South Hants hospital
Our clean, modern and comfortable hospital specialises in orthopaedics, general surgery, endoscopy, ophthalmology, oral surgery, ear nose and throat surgery, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and pain management.

The remuneration for the role is between £24,000 - £29,000 per annum. The package includes 25 days annual leave, 2-5% contributory pension.

We will pay a relocation fee to anyone looking to relocate to Southampton/Hampshire

Responsible To Endoscopy Manager

Key Responsibilities

You will assist in the management and organisation of endoscopic procedures in the hospital and be responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development of programmes of care and be accountable as a named nurse. You will deliver all aspects of nursing care, with supervision as necessary.

Skills & Experience

Registered Nurse
Relevant experience working in a surgical setting
Post qualified experience
Experience in an acute hospital setting desirable
Experience in Endoscopy desirable but not essential

NMC registered (nurse) or HCPC (ODP) registered
