Job Requirements:

You will be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking to develop your current skills in a unique and ever changing environment. You will have a passion for learning and development, as well as having the initiative to bring new ideas and opinions on how to improve the healthcare services.

This is a leadership role and with your team leaders you will model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence. The role will include providing challenge, support and mentorship at point of delivery, drawing the best from our staff and improving the quality of care received at HMP Brixton.
You’ll receive an annual salary of up to £50,549 - depending on experience; free mandatory training, indemnity cover, CPD and re-validation support.
As well as a number of benefits including a company pension scheme, 25 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holidays plus other benefits including cycle to work scheme and clinical development opportunities.
