Are you an experienced Agency Recruiter looking to move to in-house recruitment?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruiter in our in-house Secondary Care Resourcing Team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for a specific portfolio of roles within our Treatment Centres, supporting the Head of Resourcing to deliver the best service possible to our Operational teams.
In this engaging role you’ll work with an experienced team of In-House Recruiters. Learning from their expertise, along with support from the Head of Resourcing you’ll be able to develop all the skills required to build a strong foundation for a career within in-house recruitment. Furthermore, you’ll have opportunity to expand your creative skills and apply them to marketing and social media strategies along with direct sourcing techniques.
This role is based in our head office in Reading which is a short walk from the station and town centre.
About the role
The role will include stakeholder management in a challenging and candidate short market - liaising with key stakeholders to understand the requirements for all assigned vacancies whilst building key relationships.
As part of the role, you will ensure your adverts are engaging and consistently posted on various job boards and social media. You'll source candidates, utilising online resources such as job board databases /social media to engage and make contact with appropriately qualified and registered candidates. You will screen all applicants ensuring that they meet the key requirements of the position. Working with your candidates from application through to offer stage, you will arrange interviews, obtain feedback, process offers and ensure candidates are engaged throughout the on boarding process.
A little bit about you...
Utilising your previous experience of working within an agency team, you'll have excellent relationship building and communication skills; as well as possessing the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. You will take a proactive and creative approach in exploring different ways to fill your vacancies.
Experience of recruitment in candidate scare markets or from within the healthcare sector would be beneficial but not essential.
