If so, look no further as this could be the job for you.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MSK Outpatient Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team, which is part of Care UK’s wider MSK Services across Lincolnshire. The role would be to primarily deliver a new AQP Physiotherapy service, based in GP practices in North East Lincolnshire. We are looking for part time hours, starting with 1 day / week, with potential to grow the service over time. The role will be integrated with our wider MSK team, including Clinical Lead, Extended Scope Practitioners (ESP’s), Orthopedic Consultants, and diagnostic service staff. We offer regular department in-service training, funding for external clinical courses and an excellent supportive learning environment in order to continually develop your own personal learning and CPD. We also offer a structured training and mentoring programme that facilitates development to Extended Scope Practitioner level. Some travel maybe required as part of this role, but there is no on-call or compulsory weekend work to allow for a strong work life balance. As part of this job, you will work closely with the management team to set up the new AQP Physiotherapy service providing physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment to a combination of both spinal & peripheral GP referred patients.To find out more about a day in the life of a practitioner at LCATS click here..
What we'll need from you
•Be a qualified Physiotherapist with valid HCPC pin number.•Have previous clinical experience as a Physiotherapist within an NHS, Independent or Private setting.•Have experience of assessing and managing MSK conditions in an outpatient settingIt would be nice for you to have any one of the below, although these are not essential:•Qualification in Acupuncture•Pilates Instructor Qualification
